Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange items are dispatched after we receive the returned parcel.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing time: 3–7 working days (up to 14 during busy periods).

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels/stickers/wraps intact.

Damaged or used items will not be accepted.
